1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VantagePoint AI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

2. Description of Service

VantagePoint AI is a capital market intelligence platform that provides financial data, AI-generated analysis, virtual paper-trading accounts, social investment rooms, and educational content. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

3. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Virtual Trading Accounts

Virtual accounts use simulated capital only. No real money is deposited, invested, or at risk. Virtual trading is provided as an educational tool to help users understand market mechanics and test strategies. VantagePoint AI makes no representations about the accuracy of simulated performance as a predictor of real-world results.

5. Investment Rooms & Copy Trading

Investment Rooms allow users to share their virtual portfolio activity publicly. Copy Trading mirrors simulated trades from Room Leaders within virtual accounts only. No actual securities are purchased on your behalf. Room Leaders are community members and are not licensed financial advisors. Following a Room does not constitute investment advice.

6. Subscription Plans & Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and renew automatically.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds for unused time.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice to subscribers.
  • Free tier access may be modified or discontinued at any time.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically harvest data from the Service without permission.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access non-public areas of the platform.
  • Use the Service to manipulate markets or spread false financial information.
  • Create multiple free accounts to circumvent tier limitations.
  • Share your account credentials with others.
  • Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, technology, AI models, and data compilations on the Service are the exclusive property of VantagePoint AI or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission. The "Multi-Strata" investment framework, strategy names (Scalper's Edge, The Sentinel, The Titan, Fractional Synergy), and Chrono-Summary system are proprietary methodologies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that market data will be accurate or timely.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VANTAGEPOINT AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the Service, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York, NY.

13. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice via email before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
